YWCA Ghana is a grassroots-driven movement rooted in the leadership of women, young women, and girls. We know that when young women lead, they transform entire communities and so will transform Ghana for the better. We invite you to join us in this purpose-driven journey to invest in girls and women, strengthen skills, build leadership, transform power structures, and change Ghana for the better.
PURPOSE
The purpose of YWCA Ghana is to empower vulnerable women and girls through access to knowledge and information helping them to achieve justice, peace, health, human dignity, and freedom; and to provide vocational training, income generating and livelihood skills to uplift them to transform their lives for themselves and for their peers.
